All dental fees are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience we offer the HICAPS payment system. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Bankcard and EFTPOS.

Mediplan

In Total Dental Care, we also offer Mediplan to our patients, a flexible funding plan, designed specifically for the payment of dental and medical treatment. Mediplan has been designed specifically for those people who have decided not to take out Private Health Insurance.

About HICAPS

Most health funds permit us to claim your rebate at our office so that you only need to pay the balance, if there is one. This system of electronic linking from our office to health funds is called HICAPS, which stands for Health Industry Claims and Payments Service. HICAPS saves you the trouble of organising your claim at a later time. All you need is your health fund membership card!
